What exactly do I get?
A downloadable ZIP. The Core Kit includes a polished PDF plus editable Word (.docx) and Markdown files. The Pro Kit adds n8n workflow files (.json), Make build guides, a voice-receptionist prompt, and SOP checklists.
Is this software or a subscription?
No. It's a one-time purchase of templates, scripts, and automation files. You use them with tools you choose — your phone system, CRM, ChatGPT or Claude, n8n or Make. There's no monthly fee from us.
Do I need to be technical?
Not for the Core Kit — it's scripts, templates, and plain-English guides. The Pro Kit's automations assume you're comfortable creating accounts and pasting in settings (or have someone who is). Each workflow comes with step-by-step setup notes.
Which tools does it work with?
Templates and prompts work anywhere you can paste text. The Pro automations are built for Twilio (calls and texts) with n8n or Make, and Google Sheets for estimate tracking. The voice prompt is written for voice-agent platforms that accept a system prompt, such as Vapi, Retell, or Bland. You'll need your own accounts with those providers, and they bill you directly.
Will this get me more jobs?
We don't promise results — every shop, market, and season is different. The kit is designed around common places small shops lose jobs: missed calls, slow follow-up, unanswered estimates, and forgotten review requests. Each guide shows you how to track your own numbers so you can see whether it's working.
Is it just for HVAC and plumbing?
It's written for HVAC and plumbing first, with trade-specific language and safety steps. Much of it adapts to electricians, roofers, and other home-service trades, but kits for those trades aren't available yet.
Can I edit everything?
Yes. Every document comes as an editable .docx and .md file. Change the wording, prices, and policies to match how you run your business.
What about texting and call-recording rules?
The kit includes plain-English guidance on opt-outs, A2P 10DLC registration, review policies, and call-recording/AI disclosure. It's general information, not legal advice — check the rules that apply to your business.
