These terms apply to your use of mjai.ai and to any kit you download or buy from MJAI Systems LLC ("MJAI Systems," "we," "us"). By using the site or buying a kit, you agree to them.

1. The products

Our kits are digital downloads: documents, templates, prompts, and automation files. They are not software-as-a-service, and we don't operate any phone, texting, AI, or automation service on your behalf. Kit contents are described on each product page.

2. License

When you buy a kit (or download the free sample), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, copy, and modify the contents for the internal operations of one business, including its employees and contractors working for that business. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, or distribute the kit or substantial portions of it as templates, courses, or products, or share it with other businesses.

3. Third-party tools

Some kit contents are designed to be used with third-party tools (for example Twilio, n8n, Make, Google, ChatGPT, Claude, or voice-agent platforms). Those tools are provided by their owners under their own terms and pricing, which can change. We're not affiliated with them and aren't responsible for their availability, costs, or behavior.

4. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for how you use the kit, including reviewing messages before sending them; complying with laws and platform rules that apply to you (such as telemarketing and texting rules, consent and opt-out requirements, call-recording consent, and review-platform policies); and maintaining your own safety procedures. Kit contents are general business information — not legal, compliance, or safety advice. AI tools can make mistakes; supervise them.

5. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are one-time charges unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a kit isn't useful to you, email hello@mjai.ai within 14 days of purchase for a refund. We may decline refund requests that appear abusive (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund).

6. No guarantee of results

We don't promise any particular business results, such as more calls, jobs, reviews, or revenue. Results depend on your business, market, and how you use the materials.

7. Disclaimer

The site and kits are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MJAI Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or kits. Our total liability for any claim related to a kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Intellectual property

The kits, site content, and MJAI Systems name and logo are owned by MJAI Systems LLC. Other product names belong to their respective owners.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply going forward and won't affect purchases already completed.
